TRC is working in partnership with a great national provider of specialist residential care for those living with Autism, mental health and learning disabilities of working age.
My client work in partnership with commissioners to deliver responsive, flexible, specialist support in therapeutic, registered residential and supported living settings across England and Wales. Their individual support plans aim to provide the people we support with more choice and control over their own lives.
I am looking to speak with experienced Nurses, who have had extensive hands-on practice with people who suffer from brain injuries.
37.5 hours per week (3 shifts per week, alternative weekends)
Valid NMC Pin
Experience in ABI
Ensure all people we support have a full care plan pathway in accordance with relevant standards.
To take responsibility for ensuring high standards of direct patient care.
Ensure patient records are up to date and are an accurate reflection of the situation.
To provide guidance and role modelling to junior staff, through actively being involved in and directing care and on clinical issues.
Provide support to all team members to ensure the smooth running of the Unit
To ensure systems are in place to maintain the safe storage and administration of drugs in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council code of practice
Ensure the effective planning, delivery and evaluation of all nursing care and integrated therapy plans
