Our client is a rapidly expanding IT managed service provider to businesses across the UK. 

As a result of their ongoing success, they are currently looking to recruit an experiences 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their highly successful team. 

What you need: 

  • A “customer first” mentality 
  • Solid experience in 1st & 2nd line IT support. 
  • Exposure to a busy IT service desk, ideally in an MSP environment. 
  • Experience of working with Azure, AD, o365, Windows Server, VMWare/Hyper-V, Veeam & Networking (Switches, LAN/WAN/vLAN etc).
